Thank you for shopping at COLLEXER. We appreciate your choice and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to ensure you are fully informed about your rights and responsibilities with respect to your purchases.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • The item must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • In case of a damaged product caused by a manufacturing error, COLLEXER offers a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team via support@collexer.com and provide clear photos and videos showing the issue. 

3. Non-Eligibility for Refund:

  • If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind, refunds are not supported.
  • For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects, so it will be eligible for refund.

4. Refund Procedure:

  • To request a refund, please contact us at support@collexer.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to refund.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

6. Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@collexer.com.
